The She Social bridges the generational gap of sisterhood — uniting women through real conversation, mutual inspiration, and the kind of connection that only happens when every generation is in the room.
We all carry knowledge someone else needs to hear.
— Camara Mathis Webb & Linda Mathis, Co-Founders
The She Social started the way the best things do — naturally. Co-founders Camara Mathis Webb and her mother Linda Mathis had a habit of bringing women together at home, and something about those gatherings just felt different. Women of all ages were laughing, opening up, and genuinely learning from one another.
It wasn't just a good time. It was something worth sharing. There are so many organizations dedicated to women's empowerment, but none that intentionally bring women of different generations together to bond and grow. That gap felt like an opportunity — because no matter our age, we all carry knowledge someone else needs to hear.
What started as casual gatherings in a living room became a realization — and then a movement. Camara Mathis Webb and Linda Mathis saw something in those rooms that the world needed more of: women across generations choosing to learn from each other, not talk past each other.
They built The She Social because every woman deserves a community where her age is an asset, not a barrier — and where the wisdom she carries has a place to land.
"When women of different generations gather without barriers, something shifts — and The She Social exists to create that shift, one intimate gathering at a time."
